Yoga Camp will be hosted at Meganβs Wellness Tribe located at 622 SW 3rd St Leeβs Summit, MO 64063. (right across from Quicktrip on 3rd street & 50 highway)
What to Bring: yoga mat, water bottle, dress comfy in play clothes, snack will be provided but if you have a picky eater pack a snack.Β

CURRICULUM:
Day 1: Introduction to Yoga and Mindfulness (Tuesday, July 16th)
- 9:00 am β 9:15 am: Welcome and Icebreaker Activities
- 9:15 am β 9:35 am: Yoga Warm-up: Gentle stretches and breathing exercises
- 9:35 am β 9:55 am: Introduction to Mindfulness: Mindful and sensory awareness activities, superhero postures
- 9:55 am β 10:05 am: Short Break & Snack Provided
- 10:05 am β 10:50 am: Yoga Adventure: Story-based yoga session incorporating animal poses and imagination
- 10:50 am β 11:20 am: Yoga Games: Interactive games incorporating yoga poses and teamwork
- 11:20 am β 11:50 am: Creative Expression: Art activity β Drawing or painting a favorite yoga pose
- 11:50 am β 12:00 pm: Sharing Circle: Kids share their experiences and reflections from the day
- 12:00 pm: Dismissal
Day 2: Yoga and Music (Wednesday, July 17th)
- 9:00 am β 9:15 am: Morning Circle: Review of previous dayβs activities
- 9:15 am β 9:35 am: Yoga Warm-up: Sun Salutations and energizing poses
- 9:35 am β 9:55 am: Yoga Games: Interactive games incorporating yoga poses and teamwork
- 9:55 am β 10:05 am: Short Break & Snack Provided
- 10:05 am β 10:45 am: Rhythmic Yoga: Yoga flow set to music, exploring movement and rhythm
- 10:45 am β 11:15 am: Music and Movement: Dance party incorporating yoga-inspired movements
- 11:15 am β 11:45 am: Relaxation and Visualization: Guided relaxation exercise
- 11:45 am β 12:00 pm: Gratitude Circle: Sharing what theyβre grateful for
- 12:00 pm: Dismissal
Day 3: Partner Yoga and Art (Thursday, July 18th)
- 9:00 am β 9:15 am: Morning Circle: Check-in and sharing highlights from the previous day
- 9:15 am β 9:35 am: Partner Yoga: Partner poses and trust-building exercises
- 9:35 am β 9:55 am: Yoga Flow: Sequenced yoga poses to improve balance and flexibility
- 9:55 am β 10:05 am: Short Break & Snack Provided
- 10:05 am β 10:50 am: Creative Expression: Collaborative art project β Creating a group mandala or sidewalk chalk mala
- 10:50 am β 11:20 am: Glow Party Glow Stick Yoga
