If you’ve been experiencing any of the tell-tale signs of hormonal dysregulation such as insomnia, brain fog, irritability, fatigue, lingering belly fat, and more, this practice is for you! In this Yoga for Hormone Health class, we’ll explore a series of poses & techniques designed to stimulate and balance the endocrine system. We’ll start with movements to challenge strength and flexibility, allowing for detoxification through sweat and compressing twists, then move into deep stretching and a relaxing meditation. Through mindful movement and breathwork, we’ll stimulate the flow of freshly oxygenated blood and activate the parasympathetic nervous system to induce a state of rest and rejuvenation.

This class is for women of any age seeking to improve their hormonal health, and discover take home techniques to manage symptoms at any time. No prior yoga experience is necessary. Be sure to bring a mat!
